Join us online in the comfort and warmth of your home for this unique offering. The class begins in Savasana, a deep relaxation and guides you gently into breathing exercises. Open to students with at least 12 months experience.
This week some eager and sincere Yoga students ventured beyond the city boundary to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Hepburn Springs and dive deep into a week of yoga inquiry (pictured above). We were all in agreement how fortunate it was to meet face to face in the midst of such uncertain times.
