Yogaha classes are suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels and yoga experience.  We are committed to sharing the tradition of Iyengar Yoga. We offer Introductory yoga courses, level 1, 2, and therapy classes. Early morning Yoga Intensives and workshops are held regularly.

New Introductory Beginner Courses commence in 2012

Yoga is a healthy and mindful way to look after yourself.  Enrich your life with focus, clarity and harmony.

A new schedule of introductory courses will commence in April 2012.  This semester, our introductory courses run for ten consecutive weeks; 1 class per week.
