Nicole Hills has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching Iyengar Yoga for sixteen. She has worked with many women over this time specifically exploring how to restore and adapt after pregnancy; working with menstruation issues including irregular, heavy and painful cycles and endometriosos; and working through the stages of menopause. Nicole has completed the Intensive Iyengar yoga certification, which indicates high standards of teacher excellence in the Iyengar yoga method. She undergoes regular professional development with senior teaches locally and overseas, and regularly runs women’s intensives.
