An ongoing series of Early Morning Iyengar Yoga Intensives are offered at the Yogaha studio in Ripponlea, on the South side of Melbourne. Yoga Intensives help consolidate your practice in a fun, supportive and friendly environment.
Intensive workshops are designed in a way to deepen your personal practice, establish a deeper level of commitment to the work and develop skill in relaxation to aesthetics, sensibilities and their application.
You need not be super flexible or extremely experienced! What is needed is a willingness to learn and a commitment to your personal development.
Professional Development with James Bahuth
These professional development sessions are ideal for already certified teachers and those preparing to present for assessment. There are four sessions in total, a Friday and Saturday in both August and September. Each session is delivered in a progressive format so attendance to all four sessions helps build on the knowledge and insight gained from one to the next.
All training modules count as hours towards maintaining assessment and teaching criteria within the guidelines set out with the Australian BKS Iyengar Yoga Association.
