Over 15 years of teaching, my focus is about finding balance and establishing where yoga fits into our lives. What are our energy levels from day to day? I help students explore how can we get the most out of our yoga practice when our energy levels are low, and how can we avoid forcing too much when our energy levels are great. Our commitment to yoga requires regular practice, but also an understanding that we have responsibilities and commitments off our mat. And one of our greatest challenges is learning how to take what we learn about ourselves on our mats and apply it to be the best we can be in our lives off our mats? This is our greatest journey and one I foster in my approach to teaching.
