Sal is currently undergoing teacher training at Yogaha, and has been practising Iyengar Yoga for nearly 20 years. During that time she has studied with many teachers including James Bahuth, Jennifer Munz, Peter Thomson and Mark Gibson. She feels immense gratitude for the collective knowledge the Iyengar community continues to develop and share.
She is enthusiastic about the holistic nature of yoga practice, including the way it can de-stress, invigorate and bring balance to whatever mental, emotional or physical state one brings to the yoga mat. She finds this increases her capacity to slow down and pay attention – with curiosity and without judgement. Sal has found this has had positive implications throughout all aspects of her life.
