Siobhan started Iyengar Yoga in 2011 due to a lower back injury. She was initially drawn to the in-depth study of Iyengar yoga teaching training to empower herself to manage the pain. The tremendous effects meant she eventually became pain-free, which was a turning point for her journey to becoming a teacher and share this knowledge.
Yoga lit a fire in Siobhan’s journey to physical and mental health. The more she learns of the healing properties of yoga and meditation, the greater her enthusiasm and curiosity deepen.
Siobhan completed her Teacher Training at Yogaha in 2018 and is preparing for her first Iyengar Yoga Teaching Assessment. Under the guidance of James Bahuth, she participates in all Yogaha workshops, attends regular classes and assists in the weekly mature age/remedial class.
