These dynamic 75min classes will shape and tone the arms & legs, build core strength, improve circulation and calm the nervous system.
Classes typically start with Vinyasa-style shapes (asanas) that interconnect with Standing poses, arm balances and forward/back- bends.
You will be guided by our experienced teachers/practitioners in our fully equipped beautiful yoga space.
