James’ will be running an online weekly Pranayama class on a Tuesday. In Light on Pranayama it is defined as: “…the art of yogic breathing”. “…(It) leads to a control of the emotions which in turn brings stability, concentration and mental poise”. Regular practice of pranayama brings an inner softness and awareness that surpasses the physical body. BKS Iyengar often referred to it as nectar or life force that rides on the breath.
