Finding Empowerment in Practice
Find balance amidst the many changes women experience in life. This workshop will combine both strengthening and restorative yoga poses that are nourishing for women in a way that supports daily life including:
– Creating space in the organic body through standing poses
– Removing stiffness in the shoulders and hips through twists
– Balancing what we practice for optimum energy

Nicole Hills has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching for sixteen. She has worked with many women over this time specifically exploring how to restore and adapt after pregnancy; working with menstruation issues including irregular, heavy and painful cycles and endometriosos; and working through the stages of menopause. Nicole has completed the Intensive Iyengar yoga certification, which indicates high standards of teacher excellence in the Iyengar yoga method. She undergoes regular professional development with senior teaches locally and overseas, and regularly runs women’s intensives.
