Adapting to Change Through Yoga
9th – 10th March – SATURDAY & SUNDAY
2.30 – 5pm both days
This workshop explores finding balance amidst the many changes women experience in their life.
We will explore both strengthening and restorative yoga poses that are nourishing for women in a way that supports you in daily life including:
– Breast health through opening the shoulders and armpit chest
– Learning how to build good leg work to support the hips and back through standing twists.
– Learning to be-friend inversions and using different ways to use props for optimal support.
