Hips and Pelvic Alignment
Listening to and accepting changes that occur in our bodies is the greatest lesson for women drawn to yoga. This workshop will specifically focus on hip opening and pelvic alignment. It will combine both strengthening and restorative yoga poses that are nourishing and supportive in daily life.

Nicole Hills has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for 19. She has worked with many women over this time specifically exploring practice and menstruation issues including irregular, heavy and painful cycles; and endometriosos and menopause. She is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
