In yoga a dynamic practice refers back to skilful balancing. Our minds align with an ignition point upon which we can frame an energetic shape. The same principle applies whether we stand on our feet or on our hands. This light on yoga goes to self-correct us from within.
The focus will be on Twists and Arm Balances and is open to students with at least 6 months practice.
