Start the day with a YES and inject passion back into your daily life. These dynamic 75 minute classes help shape and tone the arms & legs, build core strength, improve circulation and calm the nervous system. Classes typically start with Vinyasa-style shapes (asanas) that interconnect with Standing poses, arm balances and forward/back- bends. Attendance to at least 1 introductory course recommended.
Restore and Renew
The restore and renew class enables students of all levels of experience a way into the deeper nourishing effects of Iyengar yoga. You will be guided and assisted into shapes that quieten the nervous system, aid in circulation, reduce anxiety and calm the mind. The on-going aim of the class serves to educate students of yoga to work intelligently with their body/mind in a healing context.
