Week 1
May 25 – 29 (Mon-Fri), 2026. Open to all those with at least 6 months yoga experience:
Mornings
7:00am – Sitting
7:30-8:30am – Pranayama
9-11:30am – Asana – Dynamic
Afternoons
4-6pm – Asana – Restorative
FEE: $900 (tuition only, total 30 hours)
Week 2
June 1 – 5 (Mon – Fri), 2026. Teachers & Experienced Student Sessions:
8-11am – Led practice/workshopping poses
4-6pm Self practice
FEE: $500 (total 17 hours)

Airfares: Airfares, transfers and accommodation are to be organised
individually by participants. Arrival is recommended a few days (1 day at least) in advance of classes, to help students acclimatise.
Where to Stay
There are many accommodation options available near the Santra Putra studio. Accommodation located in Champuan or Penestanan, west of Ubud, will be close to the studio.
The Lonely Planet or Rough Guide for Bali can be useful guides, when searching for accommodation. The owner of Santra Putra studio, Wayan Karja, has several houses for rent in the area.
